Mentoring
We all need mentors! But how do you choose the right mentor?
That is not easy! You need to work with someone who you can share the highs and the lows of your journey. You need someone who you can trust. You need someone you can rely upon to deliver and be available for those burning questions.
Having been in the property industry for several years, I have seen my fair share of mentors come and go. Some think that they can mentor straight off the back of a course or having completed one project. You can read my own experience here and that of my family background. I have been in business for around 40 years. I’ve seen the good and the bad times.

I prefer to mentor on a one-to-one (individual or business partnership) basis or a very small group.
There is no ‘typical’ format, as each mentorship is tailored to each business. It might be undertaken at a local hotel or remotely via Zoom.
